Going into this, I admit that I was a bit skeptical. I mean, we were always told that it is never good to eat food after 7 pm because it will be hard to lose weight.

I now have a new outlook on the situation, and I can admit that I have seen some results with this 14-week phase plan. I feel better and have mentally changed how I do things daily.  You must “OWN” this plan of “Always Eating After 7 pm and believe that it will work.

I was able to lose 8 lbs. this week, and I surprised, so in total, I lost 15 pounds. in 2 weeks. My goal was 20lbs, but I am still happy with the results. I got dressed in the clothes that I have been wearing since I put on the weight and can instantly tell the difference. I had to buy Large Shirts and Large size yoga pants, but with this weight loss and exercise, the shirt has become baggy around my waist. I had to put in the physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental work as well. In his book, he states: “Simply put, as with everything worth pursuing and accomplishing, there will be plenty of challenges and obstacles and setbacks along the way. And if you're not mentally prepared and relentlessly tough from the neck up, you'll have a hard time achieving anything great in life, including long-term weight loss on this program.”

I mean, we have all been there before, trying diet after diet to try and lose weight, but we give up on it and ourselves. This is something that I vowed I would stick with since I am the only one who can change my weight and how I feel about myself.

Week One of “Always Eat After 7 pm” Book Challenge

For the “14 Day Acceleration Phase,” you will need to avoid Alcoholic Beverages, Creamers, Fast Food, and Artificial Sweeteners.  You will need to follow the plan, and he does provide you with a meal planner and what you will need to do if you plan not to exercise during this Acceleration Phase. It is straightforward. You just have to get your mind right and wanting to lead a healthy life.

Researchers say that one reason rapid weight loss diets lead to such positive results is the motivation factor. There's a definite psychological benefit—as well as a physical one— to losing weight in the early stages.”

I am thrilled that I was able to complete the “14-day Acceleration Phase”. Now, I will be working on the Main Phase, which “During each week of the Main Phase, you combat falling leptin levels through the addition of Super Carbs at lunch and dinner—and then conclude each week with a leptin-boosting cheat day for exercisers and a cheat meal for non-exercisers (preferably on the seventh day of the week during the Main Phase). Losing weight is about to become even more pleasant.”
