I have been wanting to lose weight that I gained when I quit smoking almost 2 yrs ago this May. They say that you will gain 10-20 lbs. When you quit smoking. 2018 was a horrible year for me. I lost my grandmother to Cancer in March 2018, Quit smoking in May 2018, and then my two Oldest Kids lost their Father Labor Day Weekend. So, it was a challenging year to try and process so much loss in a short amount of time. I began to eat more junk food and became more depressed. I ended up gaining so much weight I looked pregnant. I have always been very fit, but now I know that the nicotine was controlling my metabolism.

After turning 40 in November 2019, I felt more sluggish and tired. I knew that I had a Wedding in June 2020 and a Cruise to the Bahamas that same weekend (I will be canceling the cruise now due to the Current Covid-19 situation) I had to lose weight to feel and look like myself again.
