Niagara on a Budget!
Niagara on a Budget
This article details my first trip to Can-A-da (aka Michael Scott “The Office” joke). I have never been out of the country, and I honestly was so excited to use my passport.
My husband and I decided to drive from Philly to Niagara Falls, Canada, for a much-needed getaway. With two weeks to plan this trip and going in with a limited budget, I was trying to plan a Niagara on a Budget Vacation. First, I went to Hotels.com to look for cheap rates in the central area of Niagara. I was surprised to find the Econo Lodge by the Falls (located at 5781 Victoria Ave. Niagara Falls, ON L2G 3L6) was a great rate. I reserved (August 18-22, 2019) four nights and five days for just $427.48 – (CAD), which is $327.11 – (USD). I was on a high that I could not even explain, to get this price in the middle of August was such a great deal.
I was also able to find a page Full of Coupons, Discounts, and Special Offers for Niagara Attractions! (Don’t miss out on these awesome deals)
Next, I went onto Groupon to look at deals that I could use for our getaway. I was pleasantly surprised at what I found. Check out some of the deals that I found :
1. Hornblower Cruise – Voyage to the Falls Boat Tour (Canada) #InTheMist

Sail with Hornblower to get up close and personal with the Canadian Horseshoe Falls, American Falls, and the breathtaking Niagara Gorge – and the thundering roar, awesome power, and fantastic mist that come along with these natural wonders. Or, ride after sunset for a light mist experience (that’s still heavy on the magic) with the illumination of the Falls. Plus, your ticket admission includes a ride on the brand new Hornblower Niagara Funicular, where you’ll see the Niagara Gorge like never before! With mobile tickets, scan your phone for direct entry onto the cruise.

The Greg Frewin Show was a great date night for my hubby and me. They do offer a food and drink menu at your table to order while watching the show. This was my first magic show, and I was pleasantly surprised at how entertaining it was. The hotel was a few steps away from our hotel. Location: 5781 Ellen Avenue, Niagara Falls ON L2G 3P8.
